My name is Alexa Coombs and I was born and raised in the beautiful Westlake Village, California. I am an NCCPT certified personal trainer and I train out of a private Facility called Ultimate Performance and Fitness, Inc. in Westlake Village, California. UPF is a full gym STRICTLY for personal trainers and their clientele which allows for more privacy, no crowded gym rush, no waiting to use machines or equipment, and no pressure from me to push supplements and other miscellaneous things on you. Best of all, you do not need a membership in order to train with me. This is convenient if you do not currently have a gym membership or if you already belong to a gym in the area. By working out of Ultimate Performance and Fitness, inc. it allows me to offer a pay per session training option which is not usually available at corporate gyms, and to give you the OPTIMAL training experience with MINIMAL distraction. Whether you are an athlete, at an average fitness level, or you have no idea where to begin I can assist you in maximizing your potential and overall fitness goals. Whether your goal is to look great in EVERYTHING you wear, to have more energy throughout the day, to feel strong, fit, and confident, to add on lean muscle and lose body fat, or make your “skinny” jeans your “all of the time jeans”—I am your trainer. I offer a FREE SESSION with no obligation for all first time clients!

Why I became a Certified Personal Trainer:
I became a certified personal trainer because I absolutely LOVE helping people. I find training completely empowering and unlike anything I have ever experienced. Being able to facilitate people with the tools to be the best version of themselves is one of the greatest powers that you can have. I always remind my clients that "I can give you all of the tools in the world to be the best you that you can be, but it's up to you to use them". Being able to make my clients cross that barrier and gain confidence in themselves, enough confidence so that they can make educated decisions in regards to nutrition and training makes me feel like a proud mama bear. If I can help educate my clients, and they can pass on that education or use it in every day life then I have done my job. One of the best parts of my job is watching clients evolve, drops pounds, lose body fat, and ALSO have them realize how much better they feel health wise overall. Training with me is a win win situation--You get a hot bod and a healthy heart!
What I offer:
In combination with being a certified personal trainer I am currently majoring in nutrition and dietetics at Cal State University Northridge with the ultimate goal of becoming a Registered Dietician. Nutrition is one of my passions and plays a vital role in how your body feels on the inside and how it appears on the outside.
Your diet is 85-90 percent of how your body looks whether you are working out or not. In addition to training, I offer a few nutrition options.
*Nutrition Counseling sessions for people who have questions about how to eat clean, use nutrition as preventative medicine, turn their life around through their diet or just overall nutrition questions in general.
*Nutrient Analysis of your diet utilizing the latest and most trusted Dietary Analysis Software used by doctors around the country. This nutrient analysis highlights nutrient imbalances in your diet and allows me suggest to you how to fix those imbalances. Missing nutrients and vitamins in your diet can cause low energy, a variety of diseases and deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and for you to feel hungry when you are not. The nutrient analysis also allows me to give you your optimal caloric intake, making your road to weight loss or muscle gain that much easier.
*Nutrition Guide tailored specifically to you and your lifestyle. Complete with lists of healthy options to buy at the grocery store, healthy revisions of your favorite meals, and breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas complete with recipes and other helpful tips.
